Summer is time for master classes, workshops and competitions! Since the last year one of the most important classical guitar competition finals, the Guitar Foundation of America GFA Competition, has been broadcasted live. And you know how much we love technology in music education! Last year some students had the chance to watch the GFA Finals and were very inspired from the players. This is an unique opportunity to see great young performers competing on a challenging repertoire and maybe discover some preferred ones!

10:00am CST: Junior Division Finals (ages 14 and under) of the International Youth Competition at
1:30pm CST: Senior Division Finals (ages 15-18) of the International Youth Competition at
6:30pm CST: International Concert Artist Competition Finals
Will follow: an Awards Ceremony honoring the GFA Hall of Fame awardees for 2015: Carlos Barbosa-Lima, Sérgio and Odair Assad, and Kenny Hill. The Awards Ceremony will conclude with the results of the International Concert Artist Competition.
