For the sixth year in a row our students received Awards of Excellence from The Royal Conservatory. In particular, Isabella C. was awarded with the NY State and Center Certificates of Excellence for Guitar Level 5. Gerard P. received NY State and Center Certificates of Excellence for Guitar Level 3. And he was also invited to perform at the RCM New York Celebration of Excellence Awards Recital in Carnegie Hall on Nov 16, 2019. Gerard past his last Guitar exam with First Class Honors with Distinction mark. Bravi tutti!
We at DalMaestro, through The Royal Conservatory Certificate Program offer student of any age the opportunity to follow a well structured curriculum with regular assessments. It is recognized in Schools and Colleges all over the USA and Canada. RCM also offers schools credits for middle and high school curriculum. Additionally, every year the best students are invited to perform at Carnegie Hall for the RCM Annual Celebration of Excellence Award Recital.

Musician, musicologist and entrepreneur, Isabella Abbonizio has a Ph.D. in Musicology and M.A. in Guitar Performance. A passionate and in-demand music and guitar teacher, she is co-founder and CEO of DalMaestro and a member of The Royal Conservatory College of Examiners. A guitar advocate she is the co-founder and artistic director of Lanciano International Guitar Seminar.
